Spacious open-plan living/dining room with open fire, green oak beams and French doors to courtyard. Large modern well equipped kitchen. Separate W.C. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite and dressing room, a twin-bedded area, a bunk-bedded room and a bathroom with W.C. and overhead shower.

Please note: Owl Cottage bookings are Friday to Friday. Short breaks, weekend or mid-week, are available by arrangement, £250 to £1000, depending on cottage and time of the year.

All four cottages have been finished to the very highest standard and are fully-equipped with television, DVD players, the latest kitchen equipment and modern fixtures and fittings.

All cottages have access to free WiFi

All guest will have the use of Folke Manor Farms luxury indoor heated leisure pool measuring 30ft x 16ft (4ft depth).
